Great customer service!!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with somebody from the Customer Service team named Tomeeka (I think that’s how you spell it), I believe in the upgrades team? I was calling about a new SIM card for the new 5G accessible iPhones, and she was incredibly helpful and knew her stuff! From working in customer service myself, I know a good agent when I see (in this case, hear) one, and Tomeeka was able to answer all my questions, offer solutions, and was such a friendly person to chat with. She offered to call back on a particular day to follow up with some information to give me time to order the phone etc. and she did phone back! So often people say this and they never do call back, but I didn’t have any doubt in my mind that she wouldn’t!
I have such peace of mind knowing that if I have any questions or if I’m needing to speak to anyone that then O2 Customer Service team are always happy to help and that they will help to their fullest extent.
Give this woman a promotion!
