Good custermer service and live chat.

The customer services and live chat are good and I have had no problems with them. But there is one thing that would be good with the live chat is that it would be good if it was open 24 hours like Vodafone and three live chat is.

I can't see that happening @Luke30 as O2 would have to pay to employ additional staff to provide a 24 hour service.

 

A good idea but very unlikely to happen, in my opinion.

Lover of all things Samsung. Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128gb

I know but the o2 live chat use to be 24 hours and not only that sometimes I have problems with my phone or account after midnight and I can't get help because the live chat is closed.

O2 don't do 24 hour help as live chat is closed and so is customers service.

They won’t do 24hr live chat. Too costly to see that happen. That’s why they rely on the community & us
