Hi! My name is Shakhlo. I have a 15£ Big Bundle tariff with unlimited calls and texts. However, when I called the Airlines office today (which is located in UK), the call took all my money from the phone account (there were 15£) and when it ran out of money, the call has just cut and ended. I was talking for about 20 mins. Why did it cost me money if my tariff includes unlimited calls within UK?
