Hi everyone,
In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into
-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-
- Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
- New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
- Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read
Current feedback being looked into
-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-
- Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
- Size of the homepage header
- Image in the hompage header
- Lack of board structure on the homepage

Same here, using Windows 10, Chrome.
It`s tough enough for all those helping customers without the added stress of repeated unread posts - and questions they`ve already answered.

No the posts aren't moving. I read them 3 or 4 times and still appear as unread!

Same here - using laptop Chrome.
Must be a nightmare for all those trying to answer customers` questions when unread keep showing.
I agree with @jonsie that the Community should get rid of Khoros, but for some unknown and never explained reason O2 seem to love the waste-of-space and won`t do anything about their incompetance.
Remember how long the notifications took to fix - despite all the complaints? - and promises that the banner and format of the Community would be looked - but was never addressed? and we have never been kept informed of any plans or changes.

Even selectively marking the topic you have responded to as read has not cleared the issue...
