Hi everyone, 

 

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward slight_smile

 

If you spot any further issue too, please let us know in the comments!

 


 

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

 

  • Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
  • New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
  • Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

 

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

 

  • Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
  • Size of the homepage header
  • Image in the hompage header
  • Lack of board structure on the homepage

Hi @EmilieT 

I am still having major problems when responding to blog articles. (I did report this a few months back?

So when I go to a blog or review, my comment box looks like this

As you can see there are NO header images on the box (emoticons etc) It's blank.

So when I reply, these are the issues...

  • Mentions don't work
  • I can't add images or emoticons at all.
  • I can't add links to any query I may have.
  • I can't underline or add bold to any comment.
  • I can't spellcheck my comments.
  • I am unable to give kudo's within the blog/review. (I can kudo the OP but kudo's dont work if I want to give them to someone else's comment) 

I am really fed up with it if honest. If I can get to the review before it is moved into the blog section then that's fine. I can reply as normal..once it's moved. i may as well not bother!

 

Remember,  we also get many questions on existing guides such as these here....

COMMUNITY GUIDES

I have exactly the same issue and some of these guides are relatively old.

 

I never had this problem until a few months ago.

@Cleoriff We did report this one for you some time ago and after checking the status of the case just now, it's still under inestigation. I'll chase the team to see if they've got any update or need anything else to help their investigation further slight_smile I can imagine how frustrating it is so I hope we'll have news soon, adn you'll be the first to know as soon as we do!

If they come back with the usual 'clear cache and cookies' , I have already done this.

Also important to note this is on my PC using Win 10 and Firefox. I have tried Chrome this morning and it's exactly the same.

I fell for that - thinking it was a new provider. But hover over Khoros logo and it reads "Social CRM & Community Solutions powered by Lithium"... D'oh!

Private message page has gone all weird and stretched out on mobile full view.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
