In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Somewhere on this forum (and I thought it was on this thread) I wrote about the issue I was having with signing into My O2 from my PC. I've scrolled back to April 2020 and can't find it but I know you were checking it out for me. It was months ago.
If I click on My O2 here (Top right hand side of page)
I get this...
It doesn't allow me to sign in, even with my email address and password, the sign in box remains greyed out
This is on My PC using Windows and Firefox.
I can sign in with no issues on my phone. I can sign in if I use this url http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
but using the My O2 Logo at the top of the page has never worked since we changed the layout of the forum.
You did say you would get someone to look at it and they would probably need more info?
