We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Don't get me started on aura. It's terrible!
I hate how they have started using that irritating horrible bot voice on some of the automated service phone numbers.
Go back to the real people voice overs and stop being tight!!

No info given to us the members, despite repeated requests for update.
The last info posted by admin was last weekend when we were advised it wouldn`t be fixed until after the weekend... and another weekend comes up and still the same... with no word of WHEN it is going to be fixed...
This is no joke. It is not only annoying but means new and exisiting members who have serious questions are not receiving notifications of replies and/or help. Surely O2 must see this as totally unacceptable and risk losing not only members of this forum but also customers.
Stop treating us like mushrooms and keeping us in the dark. Don`t fob us off with "we`re working on it". Give us a date when it`ll be fixed. Keep to it. Get the problems fixed.
