Hi everyone, 

 

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward slight_smile

 

If you spot any further issue too, please let us know in the comments!

 


 

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

 

  • Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
  • New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
  • Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

 

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

 

  • Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
  • Size of the homepage header
  • Image in the hompage header
  • Lack of board structure on the homepage

Just a final update. No emails coming in (from the forum) other than PM's.

Notifications on forum only showing Kudos as at 23.47.

 

So it's back to reading unread posts to keep up to date with everything.

Ditto. So broken as to be unusable... On the plus-side, lots of Kudos and PMs flying through the ether of late 🤗 - they are the only interactions on the Forum that generate e-mail notifications!

Same here. The forum is broken. Kudos showing in forum notifications only and I last had a PM at 23.17.

I am using Unread posts and old emails in off topic to navigate my way around that section.

As mentions aren't working either, I have PM'd @Marjo  and @Martin-O2  and directed them to this thread....otherwise they will just think the forum is a bit quiet. joy

I wonder if notifications are working just when Managers post? In my notifications it showed  that @Martin-O2 had replied here .

Not completely forum related, but the dash_04 error is REALLY starting to annoy me now.
Getting the error on my phone (Chrome & FF) and laptop (Chrome).
