Fab customer service

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Ian in customer services who was able to upgrade my husband and I with brand new phones. Thanks so much! O2 are always amazing and this interaction didn't disappoint.

Hi can anyone point me the right way to leave positive feedback for an online chat I just had? Was expecting a feedback form but didn't get one and the person was wonderful!
