Excellent Service in O2 Store Huntingdon.

Just had great service in the above store.

Popped in to see if I could get 4G on my sim, as I'm going to have a play on some new handsets.

Bradley checked my details, and advised I was due an upgrade, but declined as said I'll give it a few more months incase the Open discount becomes available, and already had F&F.

He suggested I change to Sim Only, as I'd get the same stuff but will save a few quid each month.

Swapped Sims instore and with 30 mins new Sim up and running!

That's great you've been looked after.

I'm sure one of our site co ordinators from 02 @Toby @Anonymous will channel your feedback to the store so that Bradley is aware of how Hapoy you was with the service given. 😄
