after I frustrating weekend trying to order an iPad Air with the online site s redwing up n ,e 3 times twice tacking the £118 upfront payment the one the phone Sunday the same happened to the sales girls so did an order separate Tom my account told me I could sort the extra 50% data later that I have been told I can't now
nothing a all today to say my order was dispatched call CS to ne told evening delver yes can not be tracked we chat a waste of space no delivery told it will be with me tomorrow by web chat but there will. E no me home w are both on 13 hour shifts

Hi @Anonymous Sorry to say you need to persevere by contacting CS..Until you get this device it is O2's responsibilty...Do not use live chat for this
Once your order has gone through successfully it will show in My O2 when the system updates

the order is there in my O2 but it just say not applicable at the bottom were the courier and tracking number should be and yes I understand it is UK Mail making the dlivery

The thing is @Anonymous sometimes the website takes a while to play catch up with your order details. I actually received my sim for a new tariff a couple of days before it was showing in My O2. However that is no help to you when waiting for a new device. ...If you are at all worried, as I said in my first post then persevere with phoning O2..
