Annoying little bugbear of mine (and have been discussing this with Marjo) so it would be interesting to ask the regulars...

@MI5 is exempt

Every time we went up a rank we were informed via an auto generated PM and email.

Since Mercedes left I have never had any notification that I have moved up a rank. I only know if I notice a change on my avatar.

I know @Glory1 is the same. She is never informed nowadays.

So who else is left out...and who gets a PM informing them of change of rank?

Not entirely random @Cleoriff - 4 minutes before the notification came through my reply to a query was accepted as the solution by @EmilieT so I imagine I gained enough points to hit the next level...

No what I meant by random was, it appears to happen for a few people. I'm not one of them.

I've just had 4 notifications for kudos that were awarded yesterday

There is definitely an issue with the notifications feed, as it's not updating in real-time. Perhaps you have to log out, and then log in again for the notifications to appear, but clearly that's not how it's supposed to work.

My rank up to level 19 Quirky today. Noticed change of colour of username, checked my profile and found out. No nomination nor pm received.

Hmmm. I have wondered what triggers the colour-change in your Community name... What are the break points, if anyone knows where that info is secreted...
