@Anonymous

Report it to O2 here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/fraud-and-phishing-advice

and action fraud here https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

It goes without saying that no one should click on any links.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Have you looked at your account in My O2 @Anonymous?

Are your payments up to date and phone still working? If so this may be a scam. You could ring customer services to check https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Yes just been in a chat they said they hadn't sent an e mail and to report it but my phone froze so hadn't got record of who to forward it onto. It was phishing something but that link below doesn't work either. Thanks for your help.

@Anonymous By all means check your MyO2 account but DO NOT do it by clicking through the link in the email. Access your account through the O2 website. After you report the mail, as has been suggested above, delete it to avoid you or anyone else clicking on anything within the email.

Edit: To report it, use the links provided by @MI5 above.

The sentence @jonsie quoted is also grammatically incorrect. It's the only one in the email that is.
