Downloading bills

Recently whenever i try to download my business bills, after selecting the invoice to download and then going to my reports to download the pdf, it says download error, and i can't download anything.

 

How can this be fixed?

We regularly hear of issues such as this with business accounts.
You can try a different browser or if that doesn't work, call CS or your account manager to try and help.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Try a different browser,  IE and Edge are known to give issues. Also try clearing cache and cookies though if it's account related, only customer service can really help.
