I was contacted last night and offered a discount for a new contract. The phone was out of stocjk so I called up today to get a different handset. I was passed from department to depatment for 52minutes untill someone said I need the discount depatment and they are an outbound service so I cant get put through. I now have no new contract and cannot get my discount. Im very disapointed at this as I was wanting to upgrade the handset to an Iphone 6s so you have now lost out as well
