Re: Delete post option?

I do agree completely with the edit option remaining. I can understand that some people edit previous posts to support their flawed arguments but its pretty obvious when that happens.

I like being able to edit when I spot a stupid mistake I've made when posting previously.

Exactly, and the date and time of an edit is shown anyway.

I don't understand as you could only delete your own posts, so if you wrote something nasty and then thought better of it you could just edit it anyway?

Hi guys,

To explain this a tad further, in my role I can see if a post has been edited, as well as earlier versions of the post. This means that if something that's harmful to anyone else is edited out, I can still see it and act accordingly to ensure that everyone has a nice time while they're here.

I hope that makes sense Smiley Happy

Re: Delete post option?

So you could or couldn't see if a post was deleted ?

Not been awkward - just trying to understand ?

Re: Delete post option?

No, we couldn't MI5. So we would not be able to fully and objectively judge any abuse or conflicts fairly if anything was deleted.

Does that make sense?
