Customer services are terrible

Customer services decided to give me a new name and put it thou a credit credit didn’t noticed until sim arrived I thought she’s made a mistake but no she even made me 2 email address with the name she made up that’s Breaking the law

I just wasn’t thinking straight I was so angry 😡 and thought this was customer services then I posted it loads 😩😩by a mistake that’s for a wee msg 😌

I will do.the calls are recorded soooo happy they are going to lisen to my call and they will see I’m not a lyer. She even made 2 email address that I have never seen in my life Can’t believe that a company would do that 😟

Unfortunately nothing surprises me at the moment about customer service especially at weekend. The important thing is not to get stressed, not to get angry and they will sort everything out for you. Good luck 🙏

I can remember her asking if I had a middle I said no I don’t.all I can think of is she needing the bonus for selling me 3 sims would I pass the credit in the name I gave customer service person and 2 emails with that new name. Customer services person prop needed a bonus don’t think she be s college of 02 soon x
