Hi all,
I’m hoping someone an help. Last weekend I’ve found out I was being charged for a plan I didn’t want. So the guy said the money would be credited into my O2 account, so far there’s nothing/or I can’t seem to find anywhere where my money was sent. He said he couldn’t send the money to my bank account but that I would be able to transfer it myself. Been trying to contact them after he said it would take 48h, all of this was dealt over the chat. ( last Sunday )

Hi, you would have to give customer service a call as we can't access your account to see if any credit has gone on... you can give them a call off your mobile on 202 and select the best option for yourself or use this number 08000901808 which should put you straight through to someone who can help, just explain the situation and I'm sure it will get resolved.

I’ve been trying to call them since Wednesday!!
Hours off waiting, I’m on the phone now, it’s been nearly 1h !!
