Please help I need to speak to someone at O2 and have been ringing and ringing and there is no answer, I held on for over 20mins and that was from a landline. I cannot manage to get hold of anybody either online or on the phone.

You do know you have to use this PAC code within 30 days as it expires after that time?

At this stage you need to contact the new service provider to see if the PAC has expired or whether there is a separate issue.

I have been trying to get an un-lock code from O2 since 7 May 2015. I have had three promises of action that has not happened. I am waiting for a fourth with my fingers crossed but not holding my breath. Why is O2 so bad at helping it's customers?

What phone is it and where did you get it from.
Have you also tried another network sim as it might not be locked at all...?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
