Why is trying to check my balance such a faff? I just want to know how much allowance I have left.
If I use the app it only tell me the standard amount
And if i use 20202 I then get 4 texts.

Is it too much to ask for a straightforward you’ve got this, you’ve got that and the date of expiry, or the app showing me the correct total.
or am I doing something wrong?

I’m presuming the two totals on the texts are the 2gig for £10 big bundle and the the other total is the bonus 2gig they’re chucking in for 12 months.
Surely the app should show that too? I’m not sure how it works here, never had this with Three.

The app is still useless.. No bolt on

Who can this be fed back to? Surely the app should show offer data, minutes & texts as well?

Makes no sense to be using the bundle data and offer data at the same time either!

So this month.. the app is showing the standard tariff amount + the rollover data.. but still not the offer amounts.
But now not the 20202 service is NOT showing the offer amounts.. So I can't check anything..
Customer service did ring me and say they'd look into it but there's been nothing back..
Not sure why such a basic issue is such a big / unsolvable problem.
