Why is trying to check my balance such a faff? I just want to know how much allowance I have left. 

If I use the app it only tell me the standard amount

Is it too much to ask for a straightforward you’ve got this, you’ve got that and the date of expiry, or the app showing me the correct total.

 

or am I doing something wrong?

I'd be more inclined to believe the app but it can take a few hours to catch up when using data, which usually sorts itself out around midnight when the system updates.

I’m presuming the two totals on the texts are the 2gig for £10 big bundle and the the other total is the bonus 2gig they’re chucking in for 12 months.
Surely the app should show that too? I’m not sure how it works here, never had this with Three.

You data bonus should show as an active bolt on in the app if it is working, but will only kick in when the base tariff data is used up, so it will start at 2gb, reduce to zero, then start at 2gb again.

The app is still useless.. No bolt on

So I’m having to use the elongated text service to find out..

Who can this be fed back to? Surely the app should show offer data, minutes & texts as well?

Makes no sense to be using the bundle data and offer data at the same time either!

So this month.. the app is showing the standard tariff amount + the rollover data.. but still not the offer amounts.

But now not the 20202 service is NOT showing the offer amounts.. So I can't check anything..

Customer service did ring me and say they'd look into it but there's been nothing back.. 

Not sure why such a basic issue is such a big / unsolvable problem.
