Speaking to 02 on the phone today and they tell me my contract does not end until the 20th January.

However, everywhere I look on my 02 it tells me my contract ends on the 20th Decemeber.

I feel like I am being cheated out of another month. Has anyone found this?

Screen shots below...

Thanks

Your device contract end date is as shown in your screenshot. However you have to cancel the airtime part by giving 30 days notice

You are certainly eligible to upgrade, so go ahead if that's what you want to do. (Upgrading will end your current contract immediately)

30 days notice can only be given once device plan paid, so device plan ends Dec, notice ends jan
