I called today to cancel my contact as it was up and upgrade I was originally offered wasn’t a good deal!
but after a quick chat the guy matched a deal sky had offered me.
He was great, very helpful,answered all my questions and an asset to the business if it wasn’t for him I’d of left O2 after being a customer for over 10 years just because I felt let down by the fact I could get a better deal by being a new customer with Sky

Please pass on my compliment to his line manager.
