Compensation

All day the internet has not been working, causing disruption today.  Will the o2 customers be compensated for this disruption?

No chance.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

The disruption was all day not just a couple of hours.  I believe everyone should be compensated regardless of whether it's back to normal tomorrow.

I'm sure you do but the reality could be very different.
