With today's woefull customer service and having zero data and only being able to make a couple of calls all day. Are we going to be compensated by O2? I have paid for a service which I am NOT receiving

@PebsTheSpark O2 may offer a small goodwill gesture, but don't look for any big payout. There are 32 million customers without service at present.
