Hi guys,
After seeing @jonsie's amazing O2 World Chat Guide, I asked the rest of the team about any guides they thought would be really helpful to point customers too. I thought I'd list them below in case anyone would like to have a go at creating one for the community :). These will be helpful to thousands of people and I know there is the knowledge and skills here on the community to get the job done. If you're interested, let me know!
- Sharer data – What it is and how it works
- My o2 – What you can do with MyO2, with desktop and mobile screenshots
- Data usage – What uses more data, how much and why?
- App usage – Background data usages, how to monitor and how to check it
Let me know lovely people

Hi @Bambino,
I thought you'd like that
Yes, these are guides that we see as being very useful here. They are also topics that are potentially more effective to read as text-based guides than to have a conversation over the phone or via Twitter/Facebook. Its based on potential 'gaps' in effective advice on certain products and services. I hope this explains it, but happy to try and share any other details

Hi @Curr946,
An OS-specific guide would still be a great help! Would you like to have a go? If you need any info, let me know
