Community Guides - Some that would be helpful to everyone!

Hi guys,

After seeing @jonsie's amazing O2 World Chat Guide, I asked the rest of the team about any guides they thought would be really helpful to point customers too. I thought I'd list them below in case anyone would like to have a go at creating one for the community :). These will be helpful to thousands of people and I know there is the knowledge and skills here on the community to get the job done. If you're interested, let me know!

Yes, these are guides that we see as being very useful here. They are also topics that are potentially more effective to read as text-based guides than to have a conversation over the phone or via Twitter/Facebook. Its based on potential 'gaps' in effective advice on certain products and services. I hope this explains it, but happy to try and share any other details

not sure that the guide on data usage would be easy to do - there is so much on a phone that could fall under this it would be a bit difficult to quantify.
you could generalise, but then you are running the risk of the guide not being specific enough.
also, you would need ones for each os (and potentially each version of each os) as they would be different...

I've done one on o2 Refresh & how you can upgrade, I am actually going to start creating a guide all about o2 Travel soon

Ad do one on windows phone background apps / data usage if no one else wants to. Don't really use other platform so can't do multi platform guide, which might be better in said case.
