Just a follow on from how I was saying Apple dealt with the regular forum members. You need to attain a certain rank to even flag a post but then it is sorted very quickly. You can only gain points for your ranking from the original poster either a helpful answer, or problem solved.
Just got this invite from Apple last week and it is a shame I am so far from london as would love a look round their corperate HQ.
