Hi all

What do you think my chances of cancelling my contract are?
I have had my new contract for 1 month (first bill came today) my phone is broken already and had it about 5 weeks.
I just want to cancel my contract because o2 are really p**ing me off.

Maufacturing.. Touch screen doesn't work. I've googled it and seems there is a problem with alot of the handsets and the touchscreen

Spoke to them & they won't let me cancel, I have to send the handset in for repair!

I don't think there is anway they will let me move down tariffs either is there?
