Solved: Cancelling call forwarding

Hi, I've cancelled a call divert that I had on my iPhone but calls are still going through to the other number. Any ideas please?

Key in ##002# and press the call icon to cancel all diverts.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
