Can't work my way around the website!

I've literally just signed up for a contract and have received the following email from 02

"

Thanks for placing your order.

Your order number is: ******

And here are your order details

1 Apple iPhone 5c 8GB Pink 500M 24M 500MB CCA handset £0.00
2 500 O2 to O2 Bolton £0.00
3 Standard Delivery £0.00
���

Does this mean the contract is confirmed because I have a my 02 account and can't find any information on this regarding the contract!
I'm really lost and don't know if this contract is confirmed and if so, why can't I access information to do with it!

Any help would be much appriciated,
