It says on this link - http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/changes-to-non-geographical-numbers - that 0800 and 0808 are free to call, so there won't be a 25p/min access charge otherside it wouldn't be free

Though it says on my link....which is the one provided by O2...there will be an Access Charge +Service Charge.. http://www.ukcalling.info/whats-happening
