Clarified already on another thread on here somewhere and by Cleoriff above.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

It says on this link - http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/changes-to-non-geographical-numbers - that 0800 and 0808 are free to call, so there won't be a 25p/min access charge otherside it wouldn't be free Smiley Happy

Though it says on my link....which is the one provided by O2...there will be an Access Charge +Service Charge.. http://www.ukcalling.info/whats-happening

The service charge is free but the access charge isn't.
