called 202 for an upgrade, was told I can't as my contact isn't up, advised that I'd checked 02 website an yes I can , still insisted I couldn't , put me on hold. Came back an said yes you can but need to pay £110 advised again not the case as I could up grade for £60 on line , she said no it's £110 She was obviously new I said I'd just go into the 02 shop or go on line which I've done an it was only £60 so all in all waiting 15 mins for someone to answer phone to be told £50 more required waste of time !!

I just had a really bad experience with O2 as well. Entirely unhelpful. So instead of purchasing a new contract they now have my 30 day notice.

You have to do what's best for you. Make sure Vodafone meet your needs for coverage.
