Hi! I have been experiencing problems with getting in contact with my mother on her landline who lives in a EU country. Previously, there has been no problems with me calling on my O2 mobile to her landline. I am a pay as you go customer and there is enough credit for calls. I have checked that i am able to call mobile numbers in the EU however none of the landline numbers in the EU are going through.
Please could someone offer some advice on what to do?
She checked if it was a problem on her end however they have said it is not and it is actually on my end.
