Bluebook WML file

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,

I have lost all the numbers on my phone and trying to get them back using bluebook which i signed up to ages ago. Unfortunetly whenever i try to go to the bluebook page it tells me to download a wml file which says

Sorry, you don't have the correct settings to access Bluebook. Please click on http://getsettings.o2.co.uk/ServeSettingsWebApp/ to download and save those settings on your phone, before trying to access Bluebook again.

I have contacted o2 and it hasn't helped so far, has this happened to anyone else?

Colin

i forgot to say, the file is called WAPERROR.wml, and i am accessing it from mobile broadband, is this anything to do with it do you think?

Can you try and do this from a landline adsl computer. It sounds like a compatibility problem with Mobile Broadband.

I've got the same problem, but only with my mobile broadband... I can access Bluebook from a landline, just not with mobile broadband.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
