Hi,
Why do phone calls to Durham area eg. (0191) 312 3456 and Wearside eg. (0191) 512 3456 show on my bills as "Tyneside" please? Durham, Sunderland and Wearside are NOT Tyneside!

Just the area code being called nothing as simple as mast location as that would only pick up where you are not the recipient
