Who else agrees with me that this is an insane move by o2, to not provide a service for the Apple Watch series 4?

I have five contracts out with o2, all on a twenty-four month basis, consisting of an iPhone X, a Samsung galaxy S9, a WiFi box, and two of the latest iPad pro’s.

This falls just shy of £250 per month on tariff and product cost.

If I don’t see support for the new Apple Watch Series 4 then I shall not be renewing.

O2 need to listen as I am not the only customer who is disheartened by a lack of supply when there is clear demand for this product.

Please let me know your thoughts below, and maybe 02 will hear our concerns.

@Franklinz O2 don’t monitor this forum & I doubt they’ll listen as they said the same thing last year. Not supporting the watch

I wish you good luck wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@FranklinzThey didn't support the Apple 3 watch so I can't see anything changing with the 4 series...

I guess this is the esim issue again. I wonder how many years away we are from when esims will completely take over those "bits of plastic" with a chip on it. Networks should get ahead of the curve Don't know
