Do not even attempt to debit my account on the 12/03/10. As I have tried to make clear to your inadequate customer service I am no longer a customer and all told I was online (barely) with you for 13 days. Complaints made to OFCOM and ISPA. Billing department needs to be told today.!

We do like to help though if you've had a problem.

You sound a bit cross, and a problem shared as they say......

It doesn't sound as if they have a complaint, they have apparently signed up for broadband and cancelled within the 30 day period.

The first invoice will have been raised, but now will probably be cancelled, it just takes a few days for the system to catch up.

It sounds like a fuss about nothing really.

They seem to think they can contact O2 directly through the customer forum, which will not work.

A simple phone call would sort this out I am sure, but we don't have enough information in the post to know exactly what has happened.
