Sony Xperia apparently..
http://www.xperiablog.net/2016/03/14/sony-xperia-phones-generate-highest-unit-profit-in-android-worl...

Xperia make an average profit of $26 (13% higher than Sammy but much lower than the rip off merchants from cupertino at $184 profit)
Lower volume obviously speaks volumes about final figures, but personally a nice step away from that 2014 write off.

Their moment in the sun will be short lived, I think. All the big guns, and that includes the Cupertino mob are going down the pan once the public finally catch on that they can get a high end, top spec phone from the Chinese manufacturers for a price that none of the major brands can match.

Chinese is definitely the future. The time is coming when they will all have outlets here though that may well increase prices. I'm happy to wait a couple of weeks for shipping.

The price increase for shipping from an EU warehouse is next to nothing being fair.
One of the ones I use, the price difference is never more than a few quid but guaranteed no import duty

Can't mention it here but well publicised in other places - Personally, I would never buy anything else these days, esp considering they mainly all come with dual sim functionality.

Yes I misread the post. When he said 'one of the ones I use' I thought he was talking about a phone he used. No problem.... Not expecting the distributor to be named.
