Seems there's more of these problems lately with electrical goods 😞 washing machines setting on fire, hover boards exploding and now this. In fact I'll bet there's more I'm just not remembering....

It's getting to the stage where I check what's plugged in before going out or to bed, and maybe I should've been doing this all along 😟

Yes..one you have forgotten @gindygoo Tumble dryers (of a certain brand) are getting a lot of bad press recently. Burning out  after setting on fire...Evil

True.... though the tumble drier currently in the news for all the wrong reasons is manufactured totally in the US (from my research)

I agree...but unless this company are hiding anything.... these tumble dryers are manufatured exclusively in the US
