That's fair enough. Please remember you will have to pay off the remainder of your contract before you leave. You also need to make sure any new network gives you the coverage you need.
ALL networks have outages. Others won't be exempt.
Edited to add, I see you have posted in pay as you go...so there will be no contract to cancel.
