There is something wrong in this case, either with the O2 agent you spoke to, or with the contract you have.

Are you sure it's a 30-day simplicity you're on? And in that case, did you ask the O2 agent why he/she says you can't cancel it even though it's a 30-day deal? If it really is a 30-day simplicity deal, then whoever you spoke to had, as usual, no idea what they were talking about.

Here is my two cents worth - Check your documents again - You should get some paper work when you sign up for the 30 days simplicity. There are two types of simplicity though. One of which is the 12 months simplicity and another is the 30 days simplicity. If you have ordered the 30 days simplicity online or through the phone, you should still get your paperwork through the post when you have received the Sim Card so check again.

If you are determined that all paperworks are in order and it is a 30 days simplicity or O2 has misunderstood you all along, you have the right to defend yourself. After all, why should we pay for other people's blunders?

It is definitely 30 day simplicity. If this is not sorted out then i WILL be forced to take it to the consumer rights.

Just ring CS again. You must have spoken to one who didn't understand the situation.
