202 WHO ?

Called 202 at 19.55 to be put on hold while 20.20 then the phone went dead so I called back, went through the switchboard again to be told they were closed at 20.27. Im sure it says 9pm ! or was it because I was calling about changing providers ? (been with O2 for 20years plus)

Yes...The 'snip' I posted was taken tonight from the Contact Us page...so nothing showing as changed

Yeah, I know it's not on there but if changed should be.
In fairness they usually do change the times for holiday periods.

Opening times do alter over holiday periods and the website is never changed. However they do normally change the IVR.
