Just tried it on my BlackBerry 9800 Torch using Mobile Network only and it didn't work...
Sorry, 0.facebook.com is only supported by certain mobile networks and is not available from your mobile network. If you are contacting your mobile carrier, mention that your IP address x.x.x.x is not supported

Nor is what most people consider the Western world (does Belgium count grin ). I'm guessing that those are the smaller operators in the majority of the list. Still, one day that might change.
