yet more rude bad customer service

can anyone assist with an email address for 02 customer service ? i have tried calling and have been in the queue for 3 x 40 mins and longer ( i have screen shots!) for it to hang up on me, I am trying after 6 years to cancel my contract, having never had a problem with 02 my iphone button has stopped working, first taking it to apple who suggest they can fix it for £120 but as its insured take it to the store, the staff member was horrifically rude and dismissive, he didnt have the time to help he had customers who needed contracts so passed me the shop phone and said call customer services we dont deal with damaged phones, i am then advised that although i have paid insurance for 6 years i need to pay an excess of £150 to get my phone fixed .... that's more than my house or car excess !!!  there is no way I am staying with a company who has rude staff to start with... sorry rant over !

as i cant get in touch via the phone and have tried the website for email and just get no where... help please ? slight_smile

well if insurance is £150 excess then apple at £119 is better and a straight swap on the spot.
