why cant i ever access my02 ???

Not sure why but i cant see to be able to view my bill in my o2, has been like this for a while but need to check up on extortionate bill this time, rang 02 but system down 😞

I have the same issue, I can log into my o2, but when I click on view bill all I get is :
My O2 section of the o2.co.uk site is not accessible
We're sorry, an application error has occurred. Please try again later.

It's been like this for me for three days.
