So when you hook your duck and you receive your prize, can we not have a button on that page that says NO Thank You.
i keep getting loads of stuff for women, like discounts at the evans shop, well one thing i can say is that i am NOT a cross dresser. I also get spa days not into that either. Music downloads, why do i need that when i have the CD's already, why do i need to download music? 2 or 1 activity days too, i'm disabled so cannot participate in that so no good there, come O2 get your act together or scrap the surprises and give us cheaper calls.
At least if people state no thank you for your surprise that they are offered at least you will get an idea on whether your prises are liked enough by your customer.
i look forward to seeing if i get a reply from O2

So you would deny those prizes to people who want them?
not if people want them prises, they collect them, i'm talking about if you don't want them.

Have you ever won a totally inappropriate prize before in a raffle?
Think of O2 surprises as a raffle, you may not get the star prize

but if 02 are offering surprises that people don't want, why can we not state that we dont want them, i can imagine that many people may love what they offer but i don't. i'm not asking to win the star prize, just something that i am interested in.
that is why i ask for a no thank you reply, when you get offered your prize you don't want.

Why not just contact O2 and say that you rarely get offered a prize you would like and give them some suggestions of prizes that would, in your opinion, appeal to more people.
