the lack of help by the ppl that are supposed to help

is it just me that pushed from pillar to post gets fobbed off.over the last few months i have been complaining about the service i am getting.and even though going through the proper channels. the lack of in formation, no information, ppl not ringing you back. is there any body else experiencing these problems. or may be its just me they dont like 😞

Sorry, but if I was contacted with an email sent like that I would just ignore it thinking it was in a foreign language!

my problem is to do with a signal problem. and the way things are dealt with and unless you work for 02 you wouldn't get an email like that.

Perhaps I can give some advice about making a successful complaint. Do it in writing , either as letter or email.
First of all, keep it short and to the point. Just describe the problem you are having. No emotion, no accusations and no threats. (Don't say things like "The fools Just ignore me.... fobbed me off.... if it's not sorted m leaving... and they can sue me")
Then say what you want the company to do. Try to stick to the point, be polite but firm. Now the important bit, either give someone else the complaint to check it makes sense and correct any little spelling errors or save it and come back to it later (so you can check it yourself).
Make sure you send or email the complaint to the correct person. Once its gone, don't badger them for a response. It can take time for people to look into your complaint. Allow about a week for an initial response which should tell you how long to wait for a full answer.

first question i would as is have you followed advise which should have been given when u called ie done a sim wipe and put your sim in a different handset not locked to a different network to check if problem is a handset fault or a sim fault ..
i am also assuming the signal has not always been bad with your o2 contract phone in the areas you are now having issues

problem solved after all the problems iv had with slow connection of it dropping out on the internet. it all works out that 02 telling me i needed a new up to-date 3g sim which i already had.after doing some home work my self and blackberry uk i have found out that my phone is only 2g and cant handle 3g so the new sim did not help at all. o2 costumer services confirmed this and apologised. to late think 02 need to do there home work on the products there selling :robotwink:
