Solved: simplicity question

I had a live chat with o2 the other day. I asked if I change to simplicity will I get my free txts straight away. I was told yes.so I did it.I thought as I put credit on 5th of July as my anniversary date was 23rd previously &i was on txt &web tariff I thought it would change like the woman said.it didn't I have now put £20 on my phone &have nothing. I was goin for unlimited txts £750.to say the least I am not a happy bunny. Is this right or do I have to wait until 23rd. Thank you

Changes of tariff usually take place on the anniversary date. Contact O2 and explain that you were misinformed or misunderstood and ask if they can make the change manually for you. Try the chat option.
