hi iv just recieved my phone and sim card iv put sim card in turned phone on but keeps telling me no sim card dont know what else to do

You could both try a sim swap here in case your sim is inactive http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Hi @Anonymous Usually just taking the sim out and re-inserting...turning phone off and back on again will do the trick,,,

Got same problem and find the help i was given was sub standard will be send ing upgrade phone back......set up seems far too complicated for me.....back to basic phone
