Hey guys,

 

I already have an contract with O2 (which I will be closing soon), but took out another one a couple of days ago. 

 

I recieved the 'dispatched email' today (about 20 minutes ago) and says that you can track it via MyO2 under 'trackmyorder' which I can not find. I've used the search tool and even googled it, with no sucess. I either get to a information page saying where I can find it (which is out of date), a page saying you don't have a mobile number (which I do, because O2 sent it in the same email) or a link that takes me back to the O2 homepage. 

 

I only want to check because I've had so many problems with this order over the past 5 days so would like to know that it has be sent and dispatched.

 

With the dispatched code, is that for UKMail or Yodel? As 2 customer service advisors have told me its sent via UKMail but 2 online advisors said its done via Yodel? I am really confused on what is going on to be honest?

yes, that will be an O2 reference number. You might be able to track it by putting it into the second box on the right that says 'reference number' on https://www.ukmail.com/

 

But the best thing to do is to call them and give them the order number and they can tell you what's going on and give you the UK Mail consignment number should you need it.

I would imagine it would be UKMail - go to www.ukmail.com and put the tracking number in and see if it shows any updates?

I done that but still no information, do you think that the information on the item is only put on when it goes to the regional delivery centre for Kumara and then it says what is going on, because by the looks of it, O2 are now saying that the account is open as they have provided me with the mobile number for the Micro-Sims?

 

Everything has got so confusing since I last took a contract out with O2 😕

Call O2 and ask them for the consignment number for the courier. This will be the one you can check on UKMail's website.

 

The order number you might have there could just be the O2 one. (they usually start with 2 letters, then a hyphon, then numbers).

The order number from O2 starts with MS-300*******, I have got the parcel/tracking number (ident code), but it looks like they are starting up myO2 as it is now showing me the mobile number, and track order. But when I click on track order, thiis comes up:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All sorted now, 

 

MyO2 is now working, showing all the details, and UKMail have sent me a text with what time it will be here tomorrow tongue starting to get excited grin
