On my lock screen, in the top left, I have constantly scrolling text that reads “O2 - UK Wifi Calling”.

How do I turn it off? The only soloution J have found is to turn off wifi calling completely, but I use it so regularly that this isn’t a viable solution.

I have a Google Pixel 8.

Either by rooting your phone or using a different launcher app.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

My Pixel 9 does the same. Can't say I have ever found it to be a problem

If you set your phone calling preference to Network then it will only appear when WiFi Calling kicks in

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It doesn't do it on my Honor V5, Mororola G85 or iPhone Air and think its unique to Pixels (could be wrong).

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
